Noob needs answers

I have a few questions about:

1.) Under drive pullies.....
Do they add any hp?
Worth the money?

2.) Mil Eliminators.....
Do i really need them if i get a or h pipe?
Do anythign besides trick the computer to shut off the check engine light?

3.) IRS Brushings......
What do they do?
Worth the money?

4.) Timming adjustor
What does it do?
Worth the money?

I have searched the search and found a lot of topics on all of this but i can not get any clear answers all i see to come up with is the people that have this stuff say it is worth it and the peopel that don't say it is not. I also could not find any answers on what this stuff does just peopel looking to buy them. thanks.

Alright real quick,

1. No, not worth it, only a dyno can "tell" a difference. Maybe worth 1/100th @ the track. Ford optimized the ratios pretty good the first time around.

2. Yes, if you ditch the cats and no, only trick the computer.

3. Stiffen the rear up, only if you have to and not worth the work and $, again, unless you have to.

4. Lets you set the base timing. 10 degrees is stock. +/- 10 degrees. Yes it's worth the money for a couple extra hp and control over you car.

I was meaning the pulley made by steeda that is a timming adjustor i think it goes on with the ud pullies. is this the same one you are talking about? So why do people buy this crap? Just to have stuff to add to there list of mods?

What the heck am i spose to do with 200 bucks i have to blow on my car besides pay my insruance early? lol I have a MAC off road H pipe and a flowmaster cat back system for my car ordered. with mil eliminators. I got 200 bucks and dunno where to go with it. It is sad when you do not know where to blow 200 bucks and you own a mustang

I was talking about Steeda's . it'll fit either stock or Steeda UD pullies As for the rest, yep that is all it's for, is to add to the list
