drifting is rice. Defeats the purpose of making power.

Hardcore anti rice here. We should go dump pounds of cooked rice (the sticky kind) all over our local rice burners, take pictures and post them here.

idk why you guys would call drifting rice?

if anything i LOVE that a fox is inna drift competition and appreciate it that much more....makes people change their opinion that they arent just drag strip trailer queens but also can be made into a top notch drift car....idk i just thought it was sweet, never seen one either

I never called drifting rice, and for the record i think it's awesome. WRC on tarmac = drifting and that's awesome. Now that i look closer i see that the fenders are just widened and that made the nose look a little funny.

I personally think drifting is cool as hell. I lived in Okinawa, Japan for 4 years and it was always fun watching the drifting over there. I wouldn't mind having a nice 86 Trueno to play around with. As for the whole getting out of cars and showboating.....well it's stupid as this video shows

I went to a huge carshow we have here in Cincinnati a few years ago when the whole drifting rage first began in the US, and there was a whole area of drift cars and they had monitors up with videos and all that....and one of the guys...i kid you not....had an old beat up '79 El Camino....and this thing was pretty much blowing away the competition. It had some crazy suspension but it was your basic run-o-the-mill 350 under the hood that you might see in an open track car. I thought it was the coolest damn thing because here were these guys in their 240s and RX7s on one side, and then this dude with an old school hillbilly truck-car that didn't even have a paint job and he was out powering them and out driving them. The video was almost hard to believe but it was great to watch.

there was a video of a beat-up red hatch that was super charged on here awhile back and the guy was drifting out on windy country roads for like 10 minutes just driving the crap out of his car....wasn't a drifter but he could controll the power pretty good I thought.
