The New NOSzle systems represent the most sophisticated advance in nitrous oxide technology in years. The new NOS NOSzle Direct Port EFI systems allow precise fuel/ nitrous distribution without the chance of fuel puddling, and huge horsepower gains with no intake manifold modifications or hard line routing required.

This complete, bolt–on kit adds up to 125 horsepower without any other modifications. Up to 300 additional horsepower is available by simply changing jets (however, horsepower levels over 150 horsepower are not recommended with stock system and internal engine components)

I disagree, it is a very complete and safe kit. If I had the money I would seriously consider buying it... You would never hear me say; "nitrous is cheating" ever again!

He's not saying that it's no good Kilgore, he's saying that it's too expensive.

Yes, when I said complete in my reply I was speaking to the price. This kit is complete so it is a good price because you do not have to buy anything else. Cheaper kits will require buying accessories and will not actually be any cheaper.

From the Holley website:
The application–specific solenoid mounting bracket, NHRA–approved poly lines and NOSzles are shipped pre–assembled. Like all NOS systems, The NOSzle™ systems are complete. The 08100NOS and 08101NOS kits all come with 10lb bottle, Pro Shot Nitrous Solenoid, Cheater Solenoid, high pressure NHRA –approved poly lines, brackets and all other wiring/hardware to make installation a snap. The 08100NOS deluxe kit also consists of a safety switch, electronic wide–open–throttle (WOT) switch and a window switch for added safety.

Yes, I realize that, but again it's not the kit he seems to be complaining about, it's the price they're asking for it. What I got out of his statement was that he remembers it being cheaper a while back, not that he's seen lesser kits, for a lesser price.

That kit was never under $1,000. The other Ford EFI kit was, but the NOSzle kit was always around $1,400 or so.

back like 4 years ago when that kit came out, it was right at 1000. Then it went up to about 1200 a few months later and now its here. Maybe they added more parts, I dont know.

Direct port injection is the best way to go but since the NX plate system came out, which is just as complete, its a much better buy.

In my humble opinion.
