I'm not sure what the problem is but I can't get full throttle all of a sudden. I looked at the linkage and it looks like something in the transmission linkage is holding it back, what is it?

NEVER ENDING PROBLEMS

On 67, there is a kickdown cable for the transmission; make sure the cable hasn't gotten hooked on something preventing the linkage from moving. Other than that, look for bent rods in the linkage system.

have someone sit in the car,(with the engine off) and put the pedal to the floor.
then look down into the carb and see if the butterflies are open all the way, also look for anything holding up your throttle linkage from its travel.

If you have a Double pumper all four butterflies should be open all the way.
If you have a vac sec. carb just the primarys will open.

dont give up, this is what you call experience, and learning. We've all been there.

I know what W.O.T. is, the problem is that whatever cable is connected to the pedal rod and tranny is holding the rod back, from reaching full throttle. This just happened after I changed tranny fluid, so its probly something easy, I just dont know
