That is awesome ~FRANKENSTANG~ . That reminds me of the time me and my dad took out his '04GT . I was in 2nd doing 25 but it sounded like I was going faster(probally because of the Magnapacks ) well some guy ran out into the middle of the road ahead of me and yelled at me to slow down and then walked back to his house. I stopped and yelled that 25 was the speed limit that's when i gave it a few hard revs and left . I don't think he was very happy with that.

Hey, guys, this is not a streetracing stories thread. Let's not get it locked ok?

Let's keep it to the scaring the life out of little children stories.

No children scaring stories but when I put on the O/R H-pipe and Flowmasters the first time I started it my dog jumped up out of a sound sleep and started whimpering and pissing all over the place. He wont go anywhere near the car now

that's awesome.

I introduced my kids to loud cars when they were tiny so they've never been scared of them.

My youngest hates my Capri with a passion though.

I have a quick story. I was driving down the road approaching a stoplight. There was a husband and wife walking their dog together on the sidewalk. The light went yellow so i punched it for a second to get through the light. Well it must have scared the man becasue he dove off of the sidewalk and landed in the grass?? I think he thought i was going to hit him somehow?? i dunno...

Back when we were kids most cars were loud anyway and there were DD muscle cars around rumbling the ground so natually we were used to it.

Now cars are so quiet nowadays you cant tell if they're running, if you start an old fashoned V8 with a big loud monster starter in front of a kid I guess if would scare the **** out of them.

Oh man, that's how I am when I go from driving the Notch for awhile to driving my '04 V6 Stang. Sometimes, I'll start it twice.
