Hi guys, I'm selling my stock cylinder heads on ebay, they are from my speed density 88 gt convertible.. had a question about the numbers on the heads.. have been working lots so haven't had a chance to go out and check... anyone know where I would find the numbers... or does someone know what the person would be looking for ???? Oh and I have a feeling I won't get the 200 dollars from them... think that's too much.. too little?? with rockers, valves, and springs..

They should be E7TE's with the heads off look on the intake runners.. it will be cast on there!! The 86 heads werent that sought after.. the E7TE's are on ALL the H.O 5.0 engines... cool??

They are going for 100.00 to 50.00 a set in the yards!!

Just me......................................

thanks buddy, I will let the guy know... , so I may be over charging a bit eh, how much do you think I would get for the 2 heads with springs, lifters, rockers, pushrods, valves, fuel rails, 19lb injectors, upper and lower intake, and cylinder head covers.. I don't think anyone would want the water pump or timing chain.. oh and getting rid of the oil pan if anyone would want one, oh and the cam. Think I could get $1000?

Not even close. Heads and gear are like Mike said, $50 to $100. Fuel rails 10 to 30 bucks, injectors are like $50, stock upper and lower around $100 for the pair, valve covers about $20, oil pan - worthless, cam - worthless. Total = $300 on a good day.

Just my opinion...

well I'm starting to hope that I don't sell the stuff, cause maybe I'll just keep it .. and find a block somewhere and build a stock engine... and then continue with this stroker project... .we have a pretty decent size garage so I can just store some of the stuff... seems like that would be better than selling it all for only 300 bucks... maybe I'll drop a 5.0 in my sisters mustang... its a 83 v6 version..
