hi guys im new to stangnet.Not to mustangs tho!Ive had a few over the years my newest car,a 98 svt cobra,the motor was blown.one of my so called buddies owned the car,check this.He holds up the brand but wont put oil in his car and wonders why when hes street racing it has no power.and then it start knocking!heaven forbid shut it down.No!he keeps driving it for 3 months till it just dies.He thnks its a spun bearing,oh it was spun alright,they all were.bent 2 rods,bent the valves in one of the heads,oil cooler was shot.Needless 2 say he didnt give me this info till after i bought the car.Its cool .My other buddie told me about his oil problem .so after finding out the engine was shot i prepared for a major rebuild.thats where i am now.the car never really ran up to its full potential,but now its gona really bite.im going for 600hp seeing as i will drive it to work,so wish me luck guys,be giving up dates on the zo6 killer!later hitman out
