I have been complaining a bit on here about how I have some hesitation with my noszle kit when it engages. My tuner said it is the lines getting rid of the gasseous nitrous and eventually injecting liquid nitrous. I have a purge for the main line but he said it is the Direct port lines that are doing it. I just found this on the NX website. It is for their version of the noszle kit. Do you think it would work. The reason I believe it will is because on the A/F graph, it shows a lean spike. That would mean not enough fuel. If it were a lack of liquid nitrous, then it would go rich. what do you all think?

Due to variations in factory fuel pump specifications some vehicles may experience a slight hesitation when the NXL system is engaged. There is no danger to the engine but this can be an aggravating situation. If your vehicle exhibits this fuel pump inadequacy a PN: SPEED00010 fuel pressure accumulator will rectify the situation. This part number includes all hoses and fittings necessary for a complete installation.

Could another option be a Kenne Bell Boost-A-Pump? I do not know a lot about nitrous though...

Air in the nitrous line will help the fuel spike if anything. That's one reason that I don't have a purge. It's a softer "hit" but allows for more cushioning of the a/f.

I've heard good things about the accumulator in regards to LS1 guys and the NX version of the nozzle. In theory it should help alleviate the lean spike that occurs. A BAP wont help really, it's not a lack of fuel pump rather it just takes a sec for the EEC to bring the fuel pressure back up. It's like someone suddenly punched a hole in the fuel rail and the cpu has to figure that out then compensate.

Let us know if you get it and how it helped the lean spike.

Good luck with it.
