Hello ! I got a great deal on a 98 mustang with pretty low mileage , no issues but hail damaged, (like 5 dings on trunk lid ) it has a salvage certificate and I am going to go through the process to get a r title , anyone know what the salvage exam is ? Everything works and as it should be but the tires are not too great. I know it's something about looking for stolen parts , theres no record on a theft check and vin on hood trunk lid fenders and 1 rear quarter all match someone replaced a whole quarter on the left and the vin sticker is painted over, is this anything they would make an issue about ? And I can't find the vin on the doors I'm not sure if there's supposed to be one , and how to I check the number on the engine ? Please help ! Thanks !
