At about 9000 miles one of my O2 senors went. Now about 1000 miles later the other seems to have burnt out as well. I replaced the first one with a stock Ford replacement, but does anyone else make better aftermarket O2 sensors. I really don't feel like dropping $200 a set every 10,000 miles.

sounds to me like it might be a little lean causing the exhaust to get really hot , bosch part number should be a 15716 though and should be available anywhere that sells bosch O2s , get the air fuel checked out again

Fixes two codes caused by removing the cats they are not for eliminating the O2 sensors.

Maybe they won't cover it since he doesn't have the factory exhaust.

But if he has MIL elims then he will only need to replace 2 bad O2 sensors,
not 4. Besides, he's running an aftermarket exhaust, they are notorius for
throwing error codes on the rear O2 sensors, maybe that's his whole problem.
