I'm not sure on a direct swap but it would work just fine if you are able to do some wiring yourself. If you are able to salvage the ends that connect to the vehicles electrical system from your current harness you can mate them with the harness off the T-Bird with minor adjustments.
Ive got a used harness. It has been repaired once because one of the wires in it got against the header, works fine though, I'd take $30.00 and ship it to your door.
