I have 150 miles on a newly built motor. Cams, heads, no cats. Predator tune cancelling Mil's. No check engine light on. Predator still pulls a P1000 Monitor testing incomplete code. Just tried emissions test and they said my OBD did not have enough cycles on it to complete all their tests. Is this code the reason? I used to have this code before my new motor too. Seems like it's always been there since I installed Predator. Clearing all trouble codes has never cleared it. Any info would be great. I figure to drive the car around more and put some more miles on it.

Anytime you reset the PCM a P1000 will be thrown until the engine has sufficient time to relearn. Quit disconnecting your battery...

It hasn't been disconnected since the new motor was put int last week. Prior to that, it wasn't disconnected for some time, yet that code was still there. Again, even after 1000's of miles on my stock motor.

that happened with my moms miata. The computer in teh car was just slow. Keep driving it and it should go away. If not reset the computer again by disconnecting the battery and then drive it again. But we dont know why her miata did that either the auto shop wanted to install a new computer and that would have been expensive.
