off road h-pipe rattling

i got a new off road h (after my other one got stolen) and i cant figure out how to stop it from hitting the bottom of the car. i loosend the bolts that connect the muffflers and jacked it up and tightened them down as much as possible still no luck. any ideas?

Ck my PM Ryan, but it sounds like you're on the track that I just wrote about in my PM.
OK, if you are jacking it up tighter against the bottom of the car, and it's rattling against the bottom of the car, maybe you are just jacking it too high? Where exactly is it contacting the underside of the car?
