pats fans jealous because rothlisburger won the super bowl last year  :rlaugh: that is funny..

LOL NE has won 3 superbowls in the last 5 years we don't have to be jealous of anybody around here. You steeler fans need to get over how the pats knocked your team out of the playoffs twice in the last 5 years at heinz and then went on to win the superbowl. Win 2 more superbowls over the next three years then come back
No dude, he admited to it. And as far as getting over that whole thing about the Pats knocking the Steelers out of the PLs at home, I am pretty sure everyone is over it. BEn will have his chance to win a few more. The Steelers have been a solid team for almost 15 years running now. One of the few teams in the league who have always been competitive since free agancy.

They may NOW! but by the time they face Bill he will have a plan. Look, Chi is very impressive this year yes. But in no way are they going to run the table and it just makes sense for them to drop one against NE considering Belichick is by far the toughest head coach they will face, Tom Brady is typically incredible in the pocket in games like these and their running game is rediculous only to get better by then. NE's defense has holes but the one thing NE can do very well is stop the run and seeing that Chi has limited run at best, all NE has to do is make Rexy throw the ball which NE does well! Just ask Joey Woei Harrington!

Great game though, looking forward to it!!:nice:

lol yea make rex grossman throw the ball good idea. lol thats what every team has made him do this year and guess what that didnt get any where as u can tell by the stats. with 152 attempts and 95 completions, 1243 yards, 61.2 pecent passing, 10 td's, only 3 interceptions, and a 100.8 passer rating lol id say theyd be more then willing to pass the ball a few times now hush before u dig urself in deeper.

yea thats why there giving up 298 yards pergame this year right? and thats the reason there 16th in the nfl in that category right? doesnt look to me like belichick is confusng much of anyone.

They haven't allowed any more than 17 points per game this year. And I believe the Pats opponents to date are 11-12 where as Chicago's are 9-15 oh wait aren't they playing Arizona this week? Ohhhhh another softy.. Yeah there pretty badass.:nice:

By the way, I am SO glad all you guys talk about FOOTBALL and not the T.O. saga. I will say this about the TO situation. Every team he goes to, he spreads the cancer that is his ego. Even Parcells said he is tired of talking about him. I am just glad this thread didn't go the T.O. route.

By the way, did you see that list of Steelers bars? :D

Looks like Rivers is the real deal, we were kind of nervous when Brees went to New Orleans, dam he is doing good there, they have a big game against Philly, NO could surprise them.

lol 17 ppg if chicago scores that much on the pats u have no chance because i dont see the pats putting up more then 10 points on chicago. lol and u talking about who there playing this week is soft maybe u should look to the week the pats come off the bye umm who do they got oh yea buffalo oh gawd thats a tuff team. lol.

yea seattle is just one big fluke lol are u serous? they are a good team very good. the pats have faced 2 good teams this year cincy and denver and guess wjat they won against cincy and lost to denver u know why? because they faced a very good defense they ran the ball 21 times for only 50 yards. tom brady threw the ball a career high of 55 time completing 31 of those passes which isnt bad but it looks like new england was the ones who got forced to pass and guess what it hurt them and they lost only scoring one td. losing 17-7. and as for there defense it mediocer at best not saying it wont get better as the year goes along its just that there not great right now and i know they are winning games but when they face a good defense they always seem to have a problem.

i mean if u want me to go on chewing ur ass this whole season then thats fine with me but dont bring a bunch of bs in here thinking that u know it all.

its a division game, they have to play buffalo twice a yr does not matter how good or how much they suck. And yeah the Patriots will beat Chicago and Indy.

awefully cocky arent ya?

Can be when my teams leading the divison. And yours is..... Ohh right batting clean up :D

All Im saying is NEVER count the Patriots out. They were never favored to win any of those 3 superbowls until the last one. Before then they were just known as "flukes". Belichick is a genious and with a QB like Grossmen as good as he is, he has yet to see a Bill Belichick Defense yet in the NFL.

Well off to work for me, I'll be here to catch the 8:00 game tonight.
