I like the 1.5 mile tracks so much better than the Super speedways.

Knaus doesn’t seem to have the same magic with the new car that he did with the old one. (Yet)

BTW

My respect level for Jr. Is growing. I’ve always liked the guy but didn’t think he was one of the more talented drivers out there. I may have been wrong.

Nah, they did fine with the COT last year. My guess is it's a plot for him to sandbag the first ten races or so then win the championship 'coming from behind' (I'll leave the gay jokes to you guys on that one) so ratings don't dip like last year.

I see Gordon & Earnhardt are on the front row for the race in Hot-lanta tomorrow... should be an interesting race... I predict the cars will go really fast and turn left a lot. Maybe a few crashes and pit stops thrown in here and there too.

man, I tell you what, HMS is diverting all it's 48 funding to the 88 car... cause the 48 has been ****TY this season while the 88 has been outstanding. Jr lapped 20 or 21 cars in just 35 laps. It was BRUTAL.

It was great witnessing "history" of the first Yota win

One thing I like about AMS, even if you are sitting that low, you can still see the backstretch and turns 2 and 3. There were some crazy drunks next too us, passing out and puking. One guy (yes, guy) had a tramp stamp. I couldn't help but wonder if he even knew it was there. It was the gheyist thing I had ever seen. I wanted to take a pic, but didn't want to take a pic! yech

all in all, good times. They changed up the flow of traffic into the track this time... ****ed up our normal path and caused us about a 30 min delay of getting in.

it's funny you say that. As we were leaving, some snaggle tooth trailer park lady, with her 8 shirt on, was chanting "an Earnhardt should be driving for an Earnhardt!" I laughed at her and said "he's doing better now!"
