Yes if you put in an off road midpipe you will need to get either some MIL eliminators or a handheld tuner.

MIL eliminators modify the O2 signal so that it's within the parameters that the ECU wants to see from those sensors.

With a handheld tuner such as the Diablo Predator or SCT Xcal2 you can just turn those rear sensors off and then wouldn't need the MIL elims.

Depends on your budget, but the tuner would be better as it will be good to have when you install other mods down the road.

I have a BBK x pipe and mine has the 02 sensors in the xpipe still. Only two cats though. Does yours lose all the cats?

Personally, I went with a Diablo Predator. I like to be able to make small adjustments if I want to. Wit an Xcal2 you have to have a tuner do even the smallest things if he locks your tune.
