That way you get ALL the old oil out! OR..... you could just drop both plugs and run the motor for a few minutes, that'd be sure to get it all out.

Jul 4, 2005 #10 Jul 4, 2005 #10 you could always drill and tap two new drain holes if you dont have the proper tools to get the existing plugs out. another option would be to use a punch instead of a drill sence it would help create some extra threading material and then tap it.
