I won't take sides on this gas price issue, but I can remember when gas was $ .25 (yes twenty five cents) per gallon for premium and a higher octane at that. Twenty five cents got you into a movie with a box of popcorn and a soft drink. Just think of all the commodities/services that have doubled, tripled, etc. that everyone else has just resigned to the fact that they have to pay it.
