Put BBK shorties on a bit back and soon noticed an oil leak under the car. Well, I forgot to reattach the dipstick mount and the tube pulled out of the block. Now I see that there is no way for the mount to reach the header bolts w/o some bending. Anyone have to bend the tube? I also noticed that the tube has a double bevel where it goes into the block and nothing else, did I loose a gasket? I bought o2 sensors, oil level sensor, and the wire harness, but where is the connection point. I know it is just a black plastic plug, but where the heck is it at?

It is sometimes necessary to bend the dipstick tube to get it to fit correctly after installing headers.

You did not loose a gasket. There isn't one on the dipstick tube. But if you clean it off really well and clean where it goes in, it doesn't hurt to use a little bit of silicone sealer.

As far as the wire harness I am not understanding what you are talking about? All you have to do is follow where it goes from the o2 sensors.

Had no sensors or wire harness before now. Never have seen where it plugs-in.

The O2 sensors connect to a small harness that runs under the front of the engine with a section that runs backward to each O2. It hooks into the chassis harness via a plug that should be under the mass air meter somewhere.
