I just started my car up for the first time after my engine build. After getting a new battery it fired up right away. I started it looked under the car and oil was everywhere. I shut it down immediately and seems like the oil shot out of the head, where the chain tensioner belongs. I got new heads from patriot. There are suppose to be plugs there right? I don’t know if the drivers side has the same problem. Oil is all over the floor and its all over the tranny on the right side. It doesn’t look like there is oil on the left side but if there is no plug on the right side I doubt there is a plug on the left side.

I really hope I could solve this with the engine in the car and everything connected. Are you suppose to put plugs on new heads?? I looked at my old heads and there are small plugs. I should have looked before final assembly but I figured the heads were how they should be from the factory. Should I just transfer the plugs? Since the right is like this do you think the left is the same? Please help!!!
Any ideas???????
Thanks
John

there is oil galley plugs in the front of the drivers side head and the rear of the passenger side head. Sounds like you are missing them.
