Any body out there have any experience with this?? I have a small leak, and would like to knock it out. Any previous experiences you can share with me I would appreciate it....
That sucks! Hoping it would be possible to do it without dropping anything. Have you changed one out recently? By the way thanks for the reply, anyone else?
With the kmember in the way you won't be able to get it off. Now I'm not sure how you'd do it by dropping the kmember since most people support the motor by putting something under the oil pan. You can rent and engine hoist if you don't have one, and you should be able to pull the pan without pulling the engine all the way out. Just pull it up high enough to get the clearnce you need. But honestly if it isn't a bad leak, it may not be worth the effort to fix.
