Oil pan

How do i remove the oil pan? i herd i need to remove the block out the car?

I am not 100 positive on a Mustang but my Chevy p/u I raised the engine and took the engine mounts loose and was able to take the pan off.....I think I have heard one of these guys say you could do it on the stang as well...
That combo causing you 'this" much trouble?

yeah one of the lifters broke and i gotta take the piece of. any way it would just be a piece of mind, and by the way the mechanic came and took a look at it and i dont have bent valves!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hooray for that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111111

if your pulling the block why not just pull the oil pan after you get it out. theres a few bolts that hold it on

oops i read it wrong. you would either need to drop the k-member or lift the engine up enough to wiggle the pan out

Or buy a magnetic extenion and try to fish it out...

well i couldn't take it out but it dropeed far enough for me to reach my hand in it, and take al the *****s of metal out. Piece of mind now......

undo the motor mounts, lift the engine about 3 inches, it'll clear then
