oil pressure drop?

hey guys i noticed for the 1st time today at a red light that my oil pressure dropped real low. once noticed i tapped the gas and it went back to normal? this has happen now 3 times, but once i tap the gas it goes back to normal is this a sign of an oil pump going out? oh and my pressure on the stock gauge is running at like 70-80lbs. with my 88lx it was always around the 25-30lb mark. i know i have a stroker running 11/1 compression but is that normal? and either cold hot just started it never fluctuates always at the 2nd to last mark on the gauge.
