Here's story, I got a engine from a donor 85 model 5.0, the previous owner blocked off the place in the side of the block near the fuel pump, I round up the extension and get a new oil pressure sending unit. Go to put it on and the hole in the block is alot smaller than the threads on the extension, went to the dealer and advance, no luck. My friend searched for 20 minutes and we could not find any 5.0 ford of any kind that had a oil pressure sending unit with the smaller threads, anyone have any insight for me??
