Got my new autometer oil pressure gauge installed, and im just wondering how much pressure i should have?

Right now im running 10w30 non synthetic and when cold, i get 50psi at idle, but after the motor is above 160degree's or so, i get 19/20psi at idle, and plenty when i rev it up.

Is 20psi at idle normal?

Probably. How many miles on the engine? That makes a considerable difference. General rule of thumb, you want at least 10psi per 1000RPM to be safe. More is fine. Synthetic actually acts like a thinner viscosity than the corresponding conventional oil, so it would be normal, especially in a higher mileage engine (100K+) for it to be a little lower than it would have with normal oil of the same weight. As long as you aren't getting blowby (does it smoke?) you should be fine with those numbers.
