that is the general rule, yes, because ambient atmospheric pressure is roughly 14 psi. so pushing 14 more psi of air through a motor doubles the amount of air the motor is ingesting, therefore making twice the power.

Well judgement day is today. Had some typical slow-ups (DOA meth pump, custom piping took longer than planned), but it came together pretty well. It is going to be run on a Mustang dyno, so numbers will be a lil lower than the typical dynojet stuff. I just hope its fast and reliable (read: low-mid 11's & not breaking **** all the time).

Well of course I set myself up again. The godamn pump in the meth kit was DOA on monday when they installed it (brand new). So of course Summit shipped it UPS and its gonna take till tommorow to get here.
I always get my parts next day when they ship fedex, but with UPS it takes twice as long. So i get to wait another day. 
I'm about to call them and bitch. I cant believe they wouldnt ship it next day for a part that was DOA and the customer has his car down waiting for the part.
