I normally don't let people on internet forums get to me, especially ricers that just come here to start a flame war. But there is a guy in the 4.6 forums that OWNS a Mustang that is being a real tool, and my blood is pumping after having a conversation with him.

I have noticed that most of the younger crowd that drives 4.6 Mustangs are the "Powered by Dad" group. These are the kids that whatever they want, Daddy gets. They have no appreciation for anything - period. He's probably a bench racer, and has never taken his car to the track, yet talks about how "slow" a 5.0 is. He probably couldn't change a spark plug on a car, and probably doesn't know which end of the wrench is up. He probably took "Auto Tech" in highschool and swears that he's going to become a "mechanic" some day. The first thing that he doesn't realize is that you can't put in what God left out. If you don't have a mechanical sense, you can't learn it, it cannot be taught.

I have always prided myself on my ability to make others feel stupid, so I posted in the thread.

Apparently not hard to get you torqued up is it..
Stuff like that I over look. I usually just let it ride until someone with a 17 second Civic tells me to my face that it will blow my Stangs doors off.. then I get peesed.
I even let that LS1 guy ride when he said he was a Ford guy until he kept losing drag races.. and couldn't get his 2002 4.6 to pull anything near a 14.0.
I just smiled and said.. Yep.
