After running the car for alittle while after the supercharger install I noticed that the belt rode over the AC pulley. Any ideas?

Going to have to explain this one. The belt rode off the ac pulley? Your supercharge belt should go from the crank to the s/c - no accessories.

Check for proper belt tension, belt length and make sure everything is alignment.

Right, I mean the orignal belt that goes to the other accessories.

I had the same issue. It was the tensioner I ended up having to grind some of the water pump bracket done a little to keep everything in align.

Did you correctly space the new tensioner re-location bracket? They provide you with some washers to shim the bracket.

i have the same problem with my novi. i have had the blowere on and off the car a few times and one of the times everything lined up perfect... i took it off and put it back on and the pulleys were off by one or two ribs(i used a laser level to check it) but the belt dosent jump off or anything so im not that worried about it. try some shims and also the laser level really helps out a ton i would try that out
