... at least... as far as I know so far.
I was offered a job at Home Depot as a cashier.
They have BAD A$$ benefits for part time employees.
I plan on staying there AT LEAST until I am done with school.

And on the school subject... I was approved for a Federal Pell Grant of $1000 per semester. That will pay for ALMOST all of my college per semester... in addition to the FRAG (Florida Resident Access Grant) I wont have a problem paying for my college education until I transfer to a 4 year university.

FINALLY... stuff is going my way.

Maybe things will start working out for you in the Mustang dept!

Well... it looks like stuff has stopped breaking now. Now there only a few more things I want to replace and then get it painted and Im set. I want to replace the cups on the doors and the center console armrest, and the rubber around the E-Brake.

Its now had a full tune up done, brakes, rotor, cap, wires , plugs, o2 sensors, ECT sensor and battery. I had to replace the positive lead to the distribution box today because it got a hair too short when replacing the battery terminals.

Now to just finish up my fan switch and im all done!!! I just need to tap into the convertible harness +12v ignition wire and im all ready to go. i am still deciding on how to wire it up though... I got a SPDT switch (center off) and two relays... one for low and one for high.

Wanna know why I got a Federal Pell Grant??? Because I was born before January 1, 1981, and am basically dirt ass poor. I didnt get crap for the summer term since it is for 2004, and I had to be born before January 1, 1980, so I was still counted as dependant on my parents... and well... yeah.

The luck has been a long time coming. Only thing Ive had REALLY positive in my life up until now is Jess (SexyStang). I cant wait to work my ass off at school and then work at Home Depot. Benefits at Home Depot are awesome... they have a 401k for Part Timers, 50% Tuition Reimbursement, 50% Book Reimbursement and Medical Insurance. I cant WAIT to start working there. Going to start full time until school starts... then around 20 hours a week for me.

Listen (I mean look) I went to local community college ($800/yr) and local upper level University for my 4-yr degree ($1200/yr) My Pharmacy School at the time was $7k per year, but with the money I saved during college (no hot rods), I was able to pay the first 3 years with some small hundred dollar scholarships. I took ONE year of loans to pay the last year off.

STARTING pay when I graduated in 1991 was $60K! I wont tell you what it is now, but it is way more than that.

Moral: Unless you are going to a heavy duty law school or research science, dont spend a lot on bachelor-level schools..NOT WORTH IT.

I go to a community college and then will go somewhere else for my 4-year degree. No need spending thousands on tution when I can spend $100 per class where I'm at.

I'm going to owe $20K when I graduate from school... I've been lazy and haven't got a permanent job.

But engineereing pays decently. So I'm cool with that.

DBCC for two years, then more than likely UCF. I'm not sure if I'm going to the north or south campus yet but more than likely north bcause of more classes.

I dont know WTF kind of person you think I am. For some reason, you have the impression that IM some little skinny nerdy 80 lb weakling, because Im not up to Paul or Joe's Mechanical knowledge.

Actually, I was kinda a unique person. I was smart enough to hang around with the nerdy dudes, but "cool" enough to hang out with some of the so called "cool" guys. I even got along with the "burn out" girls and dudes of the class (but I never hung with them)

I got in one REAL fist fight in my life that was a draw (although in a way, it was a victory for me, because the guy was a year older and would always pick on me, and when I stood up to him, he saw I could handle myself, and he never did it again.)

ANyway, Nerdy or not, I have the last laugh on A LOT of the guys from school who are making $40.000/yr in a dead end job.

Im just bustin' chops too, but sometimes Zach you seem to go just a bit over the edge...remember, we're all here for each other.!!

BTW, why do you say youre a loser? Hard time getting along.

Ive learned to just try to enjoy stuff and not let things get to me. (the "PASSION OF CHRIST" really changed how I look at things)
