I have an 03 Mach One. It was hit about 2 months ago. I drove it home and then to the repair shop. It is now repaired, but since replacing the damaged parts, it will over heat while driving. Not at idle. You can start it up and it will run without any problems. Only when it is driven will it over heat. The thermostat was changed. Please help!!!

Check for water flow, thermostat correct direction and opening If you do that just replace it with a 160 degree stat. ensure that your fan is coming on. the very worst it could be: water pump has gone south or if there are bubbles in the radiator cracked or blown head gasket. Good luck W.P.

Doubt its a HG. Chances are the idiot mechanics left some air in the system. I would check that first and the T-stat

The 4.6 DOHC can be hard to bleed if you don't know what you are doing. I would get the system rebled right away..

Idiot at Ford left my wife's fan unplugged. Overheated pretty quickly when the A/C was run. Freakin Jerk-a$$es.
