Yeah I know more P.I. questions... This is the deal.... I have a stock 2003 P.I. clylinder heads camshafts, complete and in working condition with valve covers. I have a 2003 P.I. intake with fuel rails, injectors, thermostat, it's complete. I'm just gonna switch my cold air-intake stock, plenum throttle body, timing cover....
What else do I have to swap from the 97 to the 2003??
Where's a good instructions to do the swap?
I'm able to Port and Polish the heads. Is there a instructions on how far to go and how to do it?
I know i need new gaskets ( 03 p.i. ones) but what are all the other small stuff like sealeants, lubes, hoses, etc . I guess what i'm really asking is a instructional book and a complete guide to do what I'm asking.
Would it be ok not to get it tuned? I wouldn't be driving it daily, just the weekends. I'll eventually will get it dynoed and let u guys know.

Thanks for your time. Jason

hey bro,

if you hear or get any info hook me up... I'm doing the same swap except I'm using 01 heads and intake, oh and do you know I can just use my stock injectors, and thermostat? I do believe I will have to get different fuel rails though, or do I. Anyways, again any info you know or info someone gives you, could you just send it my way as well. Thanks, Rob

hey man, this what i figured out. I'm switching my 97 aluminum crossover onto my 03. I'm doing this because i won't have to drill another temp sensor. I don't know if I have to switch the fuel rails but i'll have to take a better look at it. You don't have to switch injectors, as long as you have the orange ones (19lbs) you should be fine. hit me back when u have a chance. Have you found a good book or complete swap that tells you where to put the lube sealant on certain bolts, etc. that's the kinda detail i'm looking for. keep in touch. jason
