Ed,

I want to see this shifter. I've been thinking about getting one for a while. I read nothing but good things about it.

Let me know when you go to SB, or something. I'll swing by.

Hey Brian,

I've been meaning to PM you about the upcoming Team Continential track day. I'd like to get some pointers from you. And see if you are still going.

Also, I'm hoping to get some kick ass vids from the open track session. I was looking at a mount for the camera. Love to get some in car vids to. The vids are from my new digi-cam. It will record vids at 30fps. The vids I posted were all at least 50mb before tweeking them.

Have you looked at corner-carvers.com? Lots of good info there.

Keith

I haven't signed up for the May TC, yet (been dragging my feet; dealing with other car things). I'm sure I'll be there. But, I need to make sure I can get that day off work.

I've been to corner-carvers.com a few times. But, I don't visit regularly. They do have some good stuff there.

This weekend, I might go by SB. I might even go to the track for a little while (wife and weather permittting). Let me know if you'll be around.

I'm running the blue handle, but I have the red also.Blue works good for me because its a shorter handle and I have my seat up closer than most and I think with the red it would be back to far but i havnt tryed it yet because the blue is working good ,I just have to twist shifter to the left a little whitch i havnt tryed yet so its closer to the pro 50 shifters configuration.Thats another kool thing about the shifter is theres a alot of adjustments and its made very well, its solid.

You know, given the amount of aftermarket parts that have been on Ed's Cobra, can it really be called the "All Ford" Cobra...?

If ya hit the 13.5s we'll have to do a grudge run Scoob'...
if youre at 102, you should leave on me just a touch, and Ill be runnin ya down through the lights. (13.5@105 with a blistering 2+ 60' )
Ought to make for a good race.

HEY JORDAN..... what happened to your car????? You go back to stock parts? You were like a half second quicker last time I saw ya.

Nice vids. Makes work tollerable', Thanks.

That run was one of my slower runs where I had to back off due to hop. My best was 13.0 at 111 mph that night. It was pretty consistent once I got traction... Still not as good as I have done on just the predator tune and stock pulley. In late 2003 I managed a 12.4@113 on the stock pulley and street tires. Its all in the launch...

I'll keep the stock pulley for a bit while I'm debating whether to just go to a 3.0 pulley or a smaller pulley and port the eaton or do a KB or Whipple charger...

Varian says I should do a turbo kit...
