Everything you just said is overkill, and will remove all the torque that a heavy car like that desperately needs. If you're sticking with Comp, I'd go for a xe262ah on a PI engine in an MN12. Otherwise, I'd be looking at a stage 1 or 2 MHS PI cam set for a car like that. Add a 70mm TB, or an aftermarket plenum and a 75mm TB, or a Bullitt intake if you want to go even further. Find an 03 GT MAF/airbox if you're paying for a tune anyway.
