Not enough info for a reasonable answer.

how rusty is the car? Do you expect them to disassemble / reassemble your car for this?
Are we talking just a get the shell fixed price? or someone restoring the whole enchilada turn key style.

Probable needs more than just a floor?

Torque boxes, cowl, rockers, ect

floor alone most likely needs engine, trans, interior, and exhaust removed

post some pics

From what I can see not that bad because I'm sure the paint wouldn't stick if the rust was hecktic

Those are what mine looked like before I replaced the front and rear floor pans, the front and rear floor pan extensions and the cowl(and added torque boxes)...there is a lot more rot than is immediately evident....you really should get a one-piece floor pan(in addition to front floor pan extensions which are really the lower angled part of the firewall, at which point you might as well get an entirely new firewall and cowl) It will be less work to replace those 3 all together than patch it piece by piece like I did, the the end result will be cleaner. Here is the rule of thumb in these cars for sheet metal...if the rust is bad enough to pit the metal...that is rot. Don't believe me? Take a screwdriver and stab down at the floor pan..it will punch right through it.

The cost of the metal and the welding gas and wire. I did it myself....with the cowl included, it was probably right around 50 hours of work(a professional might be able to do it faster). I couldn't tell you what shops near you charge....but if you assume $150 shop rate that is $7500 labor cost. If using a one piece floor pan, a full cowl, and a full firewall I would expect time insvested to be maybe a little over half...maybe $5250 labor cost? That of course will vary on whatever the shop rate is and does not include parts and/or materials cost. There would likely be other associated costs as well when it comes to a shop...such as whatever they charge to remove and re-install the engine, build a jig to hold everything in place when they cut out that much structural metal, any paint and body work etc. I know for instance that most shops will charge at least $3000 to replace just the cowl.
