$800-$4000

depending on how much of the work you do yourself and how much competition there is in your area for decent body shops. A colour change would also be towards the right side of that price spectrum

With me removing the front bumper, rear bumper, sail panels, door panels, spoiler and a few other peices, and pulling the engine, I'm paying just over 3000 (Canadian) for my color change....

Maaco isnt that bad if you dont go to a prison release program one... and do the body work and masking your self... take car of it and you might have it last 3-4 years

I agree...mostly

Thing is, once you've put those 20 hours into the bodywork, you still don't feel comfortable taking it to maaco...simply because after all that sweat, you want to make sure it gets the premium treatment, from a premium shop.
