Paint Problem on Hood

I have a 2005 Mustang in Performance White. A couple of years ago I noticed some of the paint on the underside of the hood towards the front had begun to pop and peel. To slow it down I lightly sanded thhe loosened paint and touched up with white spray paint. I noticed this year that the front lip of the hood had paint beginning to bubble due to corrosion underneath. My dealer wants to charge me $900.00 to repaint the whole hood. I heard that Ford was offering a re-spray to address this problem at no charge. Has anyone heard of this? what do you have to do to contact Ford about this issue?
