Painted mine red.

Nothing beats actual calipers though ... Like those from a Bullitt or 10th Aniv Cobra.

Tastefully done, I don't think it's rice at all.

For your green, I would just do black.

I was thinking black as well. I'm not 100% on this but i seen everything for the cobra upgrade front and rear for $600.00? This place has killer deals on stuff. I will be sanding and sanding and sanding on them when i do it (hopefully) this weekend. I figured that since i'm doing new rotors and pads might as well do the bearings and paint the cals. But if i cant get them to look perfect then i'll wait and try to get the 4 piston ones which is what i really want! peace

Is that your car wythors?

For that green color, I would also suggest black as well.

I have a black mustang, and I want to paint mine red

I painted mine black. Not that many colors go with calypso green! But my next project will be 13" cobra or bullitt brakes up front and convert to disk in the rear with 11.65" cobra brakes. Then It will be red or silver. You can always get some 99+ PBR calipers and polish them.

Flat Back

Paint them Flat black so they just kinda disapear, and for god sakes make sure you use high temp paint.

There is no excuse for a mustang to look like it drove down the tacky isle with the crap magnet on.

I'd go with black, I think it'd look a lot cleaner. I only like red calipers when they come that way from the factory... and even then they just stand out too much on some cars.

I used gloss black dupli-color high temp engine paint on my last car... it holds up well, looks good, and brake dust washes off WAY easier. Plus it's a lot cheaper than the stuff advertised as caliper paint.
