guys, i got a quick question...real stupid actually but i need to kno. i plan on black primering my car and leaving it that way, gonna do all my body work & what not. now i know its very pourous, but if i wanted to keep it primered, is there a way to seal it or maybe use a wheel clearcoat on it to seal it all up and stop it from rusting in the future?

I guess you just want it a satin or dull finish. Just use a dulling agent in the clear when you paint it. The paint store will be able to supply what you need. This way you have the corrosion and UV protection along with a full paint job.
