I live way up in northern Harford County and drive an hour to see a guy in Baltimore (Highlandtown) who does excellent work for about $45 hr. He painted my CDC aggressive chin spoiler. I pm'd you his #. Inferno Designs

If you are anywhere near southern Maryland, I can suggest a shop here that does excellent work.
