? What is the best way to replace a bad pan gasket on my 95/ 5.0?
"95 covertable. 78ooo miles"

Oil pan? You talking about changing the oil pan gasket while the motor is still in the car? I'd suggest using a 1 piece gasket. Provide us more info.

Is it posible to replace it with out pulling the motor?

Yes, it's possible. You'll have to unbolt the motor mounts and get the motor up a few inches though to make it easier. Harbor Freight makes a engine support bar.

I don't know about changing the gasket in the car... sounds like a pain!
I do know however that I will second the 1 pc pan gasket suggestion!
They are awesome. So much better than fighting with regular pan gaskets.
