Partial Serialized, What does that mean?

I called the 800 number like I have been doing quite often. I called on Fri Apr 22 and the computer was still on April 20th. I talked to a human just like I do almost every Friday, and she said that my car was partially serialized as of the 20th. Though when I called today, as of April 22 still c/u. How long will it take to go from partially serialized to serialized to buid date? I ordered the G** Dam* thing on Jan 13 2005.

When you place your order you automatically receive have a VIN. It took me from 12/28 until 4/7 to receive the rest.....all depends on your dealers allocation, commodities, and Priority number. Sorry there is so better answer.
