They just got one in the suburb I live in. It's a real light pale blue color which makes it look twice as ugly.

but friggin college police?....i've seen them around town for a good while....its just that to see it on campus was crazy to me........they do look ugly except for the headlights and grille....i think that would be pretty intimidating seeing one in ur rear view mirror.......i wander how much faster they are than the Intercepters?

All the towns out here have 8 or 9 of em and they also use them for interstate interceptors, alot faster than a Crow Vic. They are good for 160 or so, so not much can run from them.

We have those here. What's really lame is the two unmarked black SRT-8 chargers that are in fact cops that roll around all the street racing spots haha...I guess lame for street racers and idiot ricers i mean haha.

I assume you're talking about the SRT-8s?

No, the SRT8s top out at 176 or 178 I forget which but thets rpm limited. The regular performance packaget ones have a limiter in the 150's that the cop cars dont have. I figure sinse the 425 hp version can pull over 180 if it were geared a little different the 350 hp version should be good for 160 with the limiter gone. I could be completly wrong and if someone knows FOR SURE I would like to know how far off I am.

According to my butt meter my 9,600 lb 6.0L V8 work truck is faster than a v6 charger. That was a rental, I dunno how the Hemi chargers feel though.

where im at the town next to me has several chargers....all of them with the 3.5 v6 in them. from what i understand the police chargers are 50/50 v8 v6 ratio, probably more v6's. obviously state troopers will have the hemi's

i would be willing to bet that your college has the v6 model....why would they need v8 chargers to chase down drunk students at night?

Yea those are most likely V6s, the smaller towns if they get them will have the 6ers we have a few of them. The funny thing is we had a Z28 Camaro undercover car but that’s the only good cop car we’ve had.

Also you better look out for the Saleen Cop cars that are coming out or already out. I was talking to one of my friends that is a State Trooper and he said Indiana is getting like 50 of them. I don’t know if that’s true but that’s what he said.
