Despite some DRAMA yesterday doing the h-pipe swap. Seems one of the nuts was frozen on the stud in the BBK Headers. AND the Stud was frozen in the flange. So the 1/2" stud broke off in the header. On the PASSENGER side. (you know the hard one to get out.) Fortunately, I was able to drill it out, wasting the threads, but could put a 7/16's bolt and nut in it's place. Anyway, my combo is in my sig, and my numbers were:

CO2 02 HC CO NO
15mph 11.20 4.43 10 .000 0031
25mph 11.10 4.54 8 .000 0083

max #'s allowed in CA"
15mph --- ---- 84 .49 692
25mph --- ---- 49 .46 711

It appears to me I passed by a long shot.
Thanks to the TWEECER!

I had my smog done about a month ago right before installing my shorty equal lengths. I swapped off my Off Road pipe and put on my stocker, forgetting to attatch the smog tube to the stock pipe. I took it down for its first smogging on the "new" system and it passed with flying colors as shown below

I love how it says "Congradulations! Your vehicle passed the enhanced Smog Check inspection, which helps California reach its daily goal of removing an extra 100 tons of smog-forming emissions from the air. Thank you for keeping your vehicle well maintained. "

so what values did you change on the tweecer to lower your emissions, just run super lean or what? my rt is in the mail cant wait to play with it, im gonna need all the help i can get with a turbo and no cats. maybe ill just have to line somebodys pockets but it would be nice if i could pass...

Basically just get the MAF and the injectors dialed in. Watch the KAMRF's and get them as close to 1.00's as possible. Too lean will fail, too. It's about getting it close to stoich at those speeds. I did alot of dataloging at 15 and 25 mph, and adjusted the MAF accordingly. Having a WB helped.
