Passenger Door Lock

When i press the unlock button on my keyless entry or even the U button in my car the passenger lock trys to go up but then fails like its stuck? i unscrewed the thing tried unlocking it with the black piece off and it still does the same thing ... what do i do?

Bring it into Ford so they can fix it for you. If you still have your factory warranty, Ford will do it for free. If not, then you will have to pay for the repair. Don't try to fix it by yourself if you don't know how to. You may ruin the door or the lock.
