It has recently rained heavily and when I got in the car afterwards, the passenger seat belt was soaking wet, but only the part that had been rolled up. Any idea where the leak could be coming from that would cause this?

Window, it may need a new seal or reprogram how window goes up. Mine does too a little but, if look at my seal its torn from where someone tried to break into the car
