So I have been trying to figure out this power window problem. I can use the driver switch to run the passenger side window up and down, but the passenger side switch only works going down and not up. I have replaced the switch, cleaned all connections, replaced the switch panel, replaced the circuit breaker/fuse and no help. I checked voltage going to the motor and I get 12v on both wires when switched from passenger side up, and only 12v on one wire when actuated from the driver side>passenger>up. Any ideas?

After seeing this information, I just realized that there was wiring differences on the 93 model. I replaced my passenger door on my 89 with one from a 93. I have yet to bolt it up. Is this not going to be plug and play? Sorry for the thread hijack...

Look at the diagrams and check out the color codes on the wiring. You may get to move some of the wires around in the connectors.
