Passenger window switch not working...

yes thats very true, and most of the time when I find broken wires it's in high flex areas like the boot that runs from the door to the body.

I'll check that (kinda of a PITA) but I think you're right about the switch crapping out. I just wanted to see if anyone else (besides the thread-starter) had this problem and if they somehow fixed it.

I know on my truck the passenger window wouldn't roll up or down from the drivers side so I took the panel off and the back of the switch was corroded. I cleaned it and it works fine now ...

BTW how much are those switches??

i got mine working again...something was haywire with the child safety lock. it wasn't pushed in, but was still sending a signal...possibly a faulty connection, but after cleaning everything and checking the button numerous times it seems to be fine.
