paxton supercharger good deal or not?

also i was reading this "new FMUs are crafted from billet aluminum, and anodized silver (14:1), black (12:1), red (10:1), blue (8:1), and gold (6:1)"
if thats true then he has a 14:1 right??? also the supercharger has a 12 pound pulley. i have a cobra iengine, c&l mass air 76mm and elbow, electric fan, underdrive pulleys, bbk headers, bassani x-pipe with flows, 3.73 gears, king cobra clutch, 70mm throttle body, timing at 17* and a little more cant think of them now. but would a 12lb boost be able to run on my car or should i lower the boost by getting a different pully my car is a 1992 lx automatic thats been changed to a manual.

Is this blower good? My buddy has one and he is running low 13s on a stock motor with exhuast.. Im not sure if i should get it or not but if it can give me at least 40-50horses then ill go for it..

12psi is too much if you have a stock bottom end, you'll blow the rings after a while. I would not run more than 8psi on a stock motor. 4-6psi will still give you a LOT of kick. If your engine doesn't have forged pistons, then it might not last long.

To my knowledge you cannot buy brackets separately, unless you find them used. Try calling Paxton and see if they sell them separately.

What size injectors will you be using? I wouldn't run 19#ers with more than 6psi AND an FMU.
