I want to install a pcv screen under my pcv valve in the gt40 lower on my 94 lighting. Previous owner removed and I would like to install it. Does it fit tightly in the hole like will I have to force it down or will it just fall into place? Seems on the right side .
If I remember correctly, when I put mine in there was two parts. the main filter with the metal casing around it and then a screen. the screen just falls in easy but the main filter is snug and you have to push it into the hole.
The mesh screen is housed in a metal cage. On my systemax, it would not slide in. The cage has a slit on one side and allowed me to compress it ever so slightly, then it slid into place.
