peak hp....at what rpm??

for stock gts, where does hp peak?? i ask mainly b/c i need to know where to shift before my peak hp starts to drop. i think i've heard 6050 redline, and shift at ~5800 rpms. any help is great

peak HP around 5000-5200 is what i have seen stock. i would shift around 57-5800rpms. sometimes if the race is close i tickle the rev-limiter(6050) a little in 3rd before hitting 4th.

I believe around 5200 RPM's or so. You could try the Ford website, should say in the Specs section.

I was thinking it was closer to a torque peak around 4000 or so, and hp peak around 5400 or so??

Just checked the specs on the Ford site. 302 ft.-lbs. @ 4000 rpm and 260hp @ 5250.
